Our kitchen and main floor renovation took longer than promised, had some major issues that had to be redone and the communication throughout was not good. The follow up service we have required has been very poor and we had to arrange for third parties to fix deficiencies. The design was well done by Kaitlynn.
Many reviews are done immediately following completion of the work, and when I read them I wonder how the reviewer feels months later? Will things still look good, will problems arise? Well I’m writing this review with the work being completed just over a year ago. First let me say that things are as wonderful today as they were when it was completed. For us it was an extensive project entailing a new kitchen, powder room, main floor laundry room, and a complete update/reno of the main floor, stairs and landings. The work was absolutely fantastic. Fernando not only delivered beyond our expectations, but the process was professional and completely organized throughout. He found a way to take what was a stressful time for us because our house was clearly a construction site for a period of time, and make it very manageable. If any issues arose, and there weren’t many, they were dealt with, and usually it was things spotted by Fernando and his team. In short everything had to meet his high standards, quality, and brand. So all to say the work and quality was fantastic. We’re extremely happy. Fernando is an incredible professional to work with, and his team is wonderful. Would we recommend Rocpal, absolutely. Would we work with them again, absolutely!
It was my very first experience have a custom work done in the house and needless to say it was worth every penny! They have been very accommodating to my wish list and requests and the level of attention the installers paid to the work was second to none. My library wall is an absolute masterpiece and this room has become my favourite spot. It is safe to say that all my future home projects will be done by Rocpal
The process from start to finish was not clearly explained and customer service does not handle the issue ensuring that I am a happy customer. This reflects lack of responsibility and integrity that they pride themselves in .It could have had a totally different outcome.
2 years ago we surprised my mom with full upstair renovation. All closets and bathrooms were transformed and it is safe to say she was more than happy. Rocpal did such an amazing job making our vision come to life. It is absolutely stunning. We are so happy we chose Rocpal. They are such a great team to work with. I highly recommend them for all kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry needs.
