Worst experience. We bought car last year and since we bought it we had to fix it every other month. They lied about the AC not working and engine is leaking and it never stopped. Never coming again.
I just recently bought a 2013 Honda civic lx from this dealer. I dealt with Jacob Reinstra. Absolutely amazing dealership and quality run family owned & operated business. Not a good response from the person we interacted it felt like he was happy to see us there as being low on budget but that’s what it is it’s all about customer service
RUN! This place will say anything to make them look good, but show true colours in txt msg. They will tell you a car is being "detailed".. than every day bump the "completion" date. "Oh he's such a good detailer we don't rush him, and instead we let him just let us know when the car is ready" RED FLAG!!! I ended up txting to tell them they are shady and a "detail" isn't more important than a sale, therefor I was wondering what was actually going on. I gave them an opportunity to be honest about anything and nope, they preferred to lie. (Worst business practice EVER) No one would allow a car to sit at a detailers for a week and refuse a customer to see it to buy it. It only makes sense they were trying to hide or cover something up. I have TXT msg proof stating "the car is still at the detail shop" on multiple dates. These guys are liars! Not to mention ALSO IN TXT when sharing "the car isn't back from the detailing yet.....you can come get your money". We were told take our deposit back, we never asked for it! More lies! Very unprofessional in my opinion. I don't think anyone would believe a car is being detailed without the potential buyer to be allowed access to it for; Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday when told originally Wed at the latest it would be back on site to see. After all the car wasn't at the car lot Sat Oct 12th because it was at the detailers. So your telling me (who knows when the car got to the "detailers") that Sat, sun, (Monday holiday) Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday the car wasn't done being detailed and you refused access to the potential buyer? All for a cleaning. RED FLAG!!!!! Your lying and covering something up. Unfortunately you can reply to this with whatever lies you like, however I have no reason to lie, but you do. I do applaud you for returning the deposit, that's your 1 star sating, however the lying is a massive red flag for anyone considering buying from here. Things happen that are out of our control, as good humans we need to be honest and unfortunately this place just doesn't feel the same and they postpone, to waste ur time and lie time and time again. Very unprofessional and will never get our business
Absolutely amazing experience buying our first car !!! Mark is the best , feel like we just entered a family at RER On our first drive around we even saw a couple RER plates from Oshawa to Whitby There was generations of families there buying vehicles that day Even when we were calling around other places looking for a vehicle , most of the places reccommended RER !!! Easily the best used vehicle dealer in the 905 !!!!!
I was Looking for a new used car and had a great experience at RER. Ron was amazing and super helpful! I bought the perfect car. I brought it in for a scheduled oil change and they gave me a free set of wipers! Just the best service you could ask for.
Place is a joke and dont thing they should sell anything let alone cars and the owner only was to steel your money bc wont look at car if somethi g goes rong
