I shopped today at this location and was extremely impressed with the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. My entire shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff. A special mention to an employee named Hannah—her name tag caught my eye she was especially helpful. Great job to the entire team!
As a new mom, I've been in here many times (and spent a lot of money in doing so) and have never had an issue with the customer service..... until today. I came in for a pick-up order and noticed one lady wearing an earpiece who appeared to be helping the only other customer in the store. So I waited at the front counter. Five minutes go by, and a young lady walks behind the desk. She doesn't say a word. I had to tell her I was there for a pick-up. She didn't apologize for the delay or ask how my day was going. Very curtly, she asked for my order number, which I provided. Again, without saying anything, she walks away to get her co-worker as their scanner wasn't working. No "could you give me a moment to get this working" or "sorry about that. " The two of them proceeded to have a conversation for three minutes, all while completely ignoring me. I think it's safe to say that I will not be shopping at this location again. Old Navy will get my continued business.
Great customer service i got this morning by this girl with long brown hair she was very polite and helped me find what i was looking for! Love the new store and its employees!
No customers and three staff having discussions without even acknowledging when we entered the shop at Oshawa Shopping center. It took some time for one lady to check if we are looking for anything in particular. Poor attitude.
