I purchased online and ran into a problem getting my order to go through, the staff was very helpful and resolved it right away! There selection and quality of products is amazing! Third time at the store and they just lost a customer! Kids shouldn't be running this store. I had a better experience when the Dad and sister were there!
A good store with lot of stuff for the kids including shoes, suits etc, it is a bit pricy, but for kids we will do any thing to make them look nice . Thanks
I gave them my business for a while until this morning, when I tried to exchange a tie my son didn't like the style of for something else. I didn't have the "receipt" - a piece of paper printed by an old-school register machine that doesn't even tell what product was purchased - so the lady definitely could not take back the never-worn, immaculate condition tie and exchange it for another. My last interaction with them was when they sold me a belt with a prong that we realized later it very frequently fell off, to the point we lost the prong at one point. I brought the belt back thinking they could maybe replace it with a good one, but they said obviously they couldn't do anything. Since it's a small business I just didn't want to make a fuss and supported them buying another one. Today, though, they literally would lose ***nothing*** other than a generic plastic sleeve they would repackage the returned tie on. They ended up losing a customer.
Kids Couture helped me out when I was in a bind to find a dress shirt for my 5 year old. I had checked dozens of stores but was redirected here. I called and the lady was so kind she pulled what I needed and had it on the counter when I showed up. I am so grateful and appreciative, thank you!
Had an great shopping experience! It had a great selection and everything I needed for my event! They also had great customer service and a good price range. This store does not disappoint.
I only gave one star because 0 was not an option. Made an appointment to meet at a time and date. Man I spoke with answered phone "ya what" and had very poor English and was unable to confirm if the style we required was in stock. After several attempts, was finally able to book a dress appointment. On the day of appointment no one showed up. Upon calling, the bride of our party was told by a non English man that he would be there immediately. This felt all kinds of bad. By appointment only business sends a man unattended to a child's dress shop. Said man does not even show up. Further, the man has thus far left 5, voicemails on Bride's voicemail. Four of these have been breathing and only one with speaking. Please do not send your children here.
