I waited over 50minutes for 2 wraps, and people who ordered food/ deli food way after me, have been getting their meals way before me. I understand it’s busy but I asked the worker to check up on my food and she said she will and she never did. Wasted an hour just standing at Tim Hortons. Service is absolutely terrible!!!! It’s so stressful seeing everyone else get their orders and I’m just waiting on two simple wraps. Do better.
The service and attentiveness of staff SUCKS! Staff are RUDE! I asked kindly for 2 cups of water and the associate gave me 2 cups of water both different sizes I said can I get them both the same size and she threw a fit and grabbed it aggressively from and threw in the sink! Absolutely awful! The PNLY reason this place is still running is because of students needing coffee and teachers and Cafe not open earlier! Save your money!
I ordered an Egg and cheese wrap in the morning. But I got wrap with meat and there is no contact number to call and discuss the issue. I purchased and went, now I am not able to eat the food.
Extremely slow service. 8 people are working in one kitchen and still 20 people in one que. this is too slow service for a tim hortons in college because we have to reach out class on time. This is total monopoly. Let me open my store here and i will run it smooth.
Very very bad staff don’t know how to talk to the customer I would say to change the staff specially the old lady Brenda T I don’t think she want to work here the way she talk it very rude I am not going to eat here ever !!!
Everything is always broken, iced capps/panini press. They never have anything that you want, hashbrowns/bagel types/donut types. The employees are all VERY rude, like never have I ever been treated like that at a Tim Hortons. They also mess up your order every single time and act as if its your fault, and they hobble around slowly while people are trying to get to class on time. This place SUUUUUUCKS
Very disorganized and understaffed location. Staff has difficult time accurately communicating with customers. Lead time is extremely long for even simple purchases of a coffee or tea, average around 10 minute wait or longer regardless of order size.
