I used to like coming to this place but not anymore unfortunately. Today I was really put off with the customer service I received today. When something is wrong with the food quality and freshness of an item and a customer is politely asking you to exchange it (something that btw he or she paid for! It's not free!) and you start questioning the validity of their complaint instead of apologizing and offering something else. They did this at the end after debating with me unnecessarily. Please train your staff and management not to do this. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I won't be coming here again. The size of their donuts have also shrunk.
Lady was rude a man walked past me while the woman asked to serve him so I had stood infront of him she refused to serve me she said he was here before I was I said thats impossible he walked passed me he said thats true she said no I sae him here first I ssid ill take my business elsewhere never going to Tim Hortons again correct this racism BS going on in your franchises before Corprate finds out how badly your ruining their good name!
The cardboard spoon looks dirty my wife will not eat with it. Someone in Tim Hortons was not thinking. Other places have used other type of spoons but they look clean. In addition once used the soup is too much for the spoon and looks even worse after each bite. The cardboard absorbs the soup . My recommendation is bring your own spoon after all food is visual and a cardboard spoon like that one is a huge turnoff. What were they thinking it is a horrible experience because of the look of the spoon.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered steeped tea. The woman at the window goes to hand me the tea not realizing the lid isn't properly secured and it ends up all over my hand and on the inside and outside of my car. Woman hands me 1 napkin and doesn't even remake the tea, puts the lid on and passes it to me. My hand is still red and inflamed. No apology or anything. Worst Tim Hortons in all of Durham Region.
