I come to this Tim Hortons specifically because of the employees. I always enjoy talking with them because they make my morning that much more special. The company I work for usually puts in a really big order and they get it right every time !! They are all very fast when completing the orders as well. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES DESERVE A RAISE !!
It's such a pleasure to feel the great customer service vibe at a Tim Horton's store! The staff here, including Jacob, go beyond regular service and deserve to be recognized for amazing courteous and genuine attitude in their jobs. Special thanks to Brittany, the manager on duty, who shows great customer service and management skills !
Staff is awesome and awesome coffee and donuts but I got a idea with the apple pie donut keep everything on it and and pie crust on the top and i would love for you to bring back the churro donut and the cherry filled donuts and the dream donuts because those are awesome
Ordered a BLT sandwich with cheese and extra mayo. I was given a sausage patty on a bagel no lettuce tomato or anything. When I returned it for the right sandwich they proceeded to give me a bagel with lettuce and tomato on it, no mayo, cheese or bacon... horrible service.
10:30 am on a Thursday. Didn't have anything we wanted.. No crossiants, no eggs for the wrap , no sprinkle or chocolate donuts. Girl was rude to my husband and kept rolling her eyes everytime he asked her something (he was being very polite and understanding). My ice coffee must be about half cream. Definitely not up to to Timmie's standards
This Tim's is usually understaffed, so be prepared to wait a little. The staff that are there are very polite and even jocular at times. Food is about why you expect in a place with no kitchen.
Do not go to the one Town line and Bloor st they screw your order up all the time the management is a very rude person I had more coffees handed to me where the lids have fallen off and spilt all over my car and burnt my leg all they say is sorry we.ll make you another one next time I go there to get a coffee and it spills all over me . there will be a Court case happing.
