Purchased the wrong item by mistake for Christmas, staff in store refused to return the item, after emailing their customer service, they explained they will take the item back and refund me 90% of the items value. Totally unacceptable, I can only imagine the frustration some customers are feeling that are not familiar with the card game hobbie and bought the wrong product. I used to recommend this store to all of my friends, but I will now be recommending to my friends that they avoid this store, not just for the above mentioned issues, but also because their pokemon singles are marked up, their magic product is EXTREMELY marked up, and these business practices do not support the average customer. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do youself a favor, and do your shopping elsewhere.
Just got started in this hobby and this shop has been absolutely amazing to both me and my daughter. answering so many questions teaching us to play and overall top notch customer service both Ed and Damian are absolute legends and thank you for all the help
