I bought a Gameboy game and two Gameboy Advance games from the owner personally and he was very nice. The prices of the games were steep but that was to be expected in the retro game market nowadays. Normally I wouldn't leave 5 stars because of the prices being a bit expensive, but I enjoyed my time there and I want this business to do well!

I reached out to Joe over phone to start working through purchasing an item he was selling. We went back and forth a bit, but he was very timely in his response. We coordinated him shipping my item, and an hour and half later it was at the post office. The following day I had the item in hand via CanadaPost. 24 hours from purchase decision to delivery was excellent given that his shop is about 100km away from my home. Great service, well packaged, and quick turnaround time. I will buy again from The Entertainment Cube.
