Could not be happier with the service! Jay from Oshawa Mac Repairs was very professional, quick, and had great communication to let me know what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Apple quoted me $1000 to repair my computer and said I would lose any unbacked data. Jay not only fixed my MacBook without data loss, but also did it all for a fraction of price. I was able to pick up my repaired computer before Apple even had their replacement part in stock for me. If I could give more stars I would — 5 out of 5!
Replaced my computer screen. Started having other issues with MacBook and took it to Apple. They advised whoever did the third party work didn’t put the screws back in properly and it’s caused a lot of damage in my computer. The computer is now overheating. I contacted him about the issue and he basically told me Apple is lying and that he’s not responsible since I’ve had someone else look at it. (Literally Apple at the Apple Store.)
I recently got my laptop screen repaired by Jay and he did a phenomenal job ! Great customer service and fair price especially compared to other options. Would highly recommend for any Apple product repairs:)
I broke my laptop for the second time and had no hesitation going back to Jay for the repair. Again, a quick repair with amazing customer service. It took one day for him to get the part in and one day to fix, so I was only without my laptop for 2 days total. He is very understanding and goes the extra mile for his customers. I will recommend him again and again and will always be going back to him with any repairs!
