Walked in at 5:06 on a Saturday ( advertised being open until 5:30 ) The ignorant man at the cash screams at me while I’m still at the entrance that the store it closed. Meanwhile the place is full of people…. 20+ customers I ask him ; does this not close at 530? To which he replied while yelling; yes but nothing good is left. Honestly shocked. Who thinks it’s okay to yell and wave me out the door? This is no way to treat a returning customer… this place has always been very dirty and smelly with zero customer service but I looked past it for the possibility of a good deal… not to mention broken glass and Sharp’s in the bin… now I won’t be back. You’re better off going to king liquidation on king, trendy bins on simcoe or one of the other places who take pride in the way they speak to people
they scammed me and till i didn't receive my refund from auction side , store full of garbage, useless products.. when you enter in to this store you can smell and feel bad vibes..
I had a very disappointing experience with TurboLots/ deal binz. I purchased two items online which were not as described, and despite reaching out multiple times over the last two months, I have received no resolution. The lack of communication and failure to address the issue makes this a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend bidding or purchasing from them until they improve their responsiveness and accuracy in item descriptions.
*Nov 2025* Buyer beware, please test all the items. Any working and good item, they take it for auction and they themselves keep bidding it. Turbolot auction is a biggest scam. All they have in store are broken items, not working returned from Amazon. Their staff used to be nice, now most of staff are very arrogant, especially the short guy. *Dec 2024* Very nice place and good prices
Best liquidation store compared to others! I've been coming here for a few month, getting some electronics. Have been happy with all of of them so far. I got my hands on a VR headset couple weeks ago.
My mother-in-law loves the stores in Scarborough she has made me want to check this store out forever... My daughter watches the fun videos on Instagram that the man makes to lure you into the store... I walked in and spent a ridiculous amount of time there and loved every second... I went on the dollar day but I can see myself wanting to go on the big money day just to see and then on the other days as well so hopefully once I get all through the days of the week I will update my review
Items weren’t that great. Few items here and there but everything is the same from last weeks stock. I’ve seen the same items for the past 3 weeks or so.
