Edit: In response to the owner, I would like to clarify that I requested an exchange which was refused. It was not smashed outside the store. The owner was the one who smashed it on their counter to get it off. I just simply tried it to find it was faulty. I bought a butane torch from this store and immediately discovered it was defective — the flame wouldn’t go out even after releasing the button. That’s a serious fire hazard. I walked back in within minutes, and instead of offering a replacement or refund, the employee banged the torch against the counter until the flame went out. No apology, no concern for safety, and he refused to exchange or replace the item. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially for selling faulty, potentially dangerous products. Avoid this place — customer safety and service clearly aren’t priorities here.
Very great service the woman and man are very nice and I go to high school across the street and every day they welcome me in and always offer great help
DISGUSTING STORE. Bad business ethic at this location. They were selling me chocolate bars that were out of date on DEC 2017!! I would never shop there again, and i urge you not to as well, unless you love eating severely out of date food!
I go here all the time, great selection of rare products. They have a lot of UK foods which is awesome. I buy juice and candy here a lot of the time, great prices. They have a photo copier in store too which can come in handy. A great selection of products, you can find anywhere here. Great when you need to grab something last minute. They have clothes, art supplies, food, nicknacks, toys. They also sell balloons. The staff are friendly and remember regulars, always a fun experience
