Impossible to get a hold of them once they got the money, very horrible experience, unprofessional and rude. I would highly suggest going some where else.
absolutely horrible service, aggressive drivers, zero communication, refusing to address upset customers. One instructor literally hit a student while driving and constantly grabbed the wheel, causing the vehicle to swerve into other lanes. Rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place like the plague. I will never send another student here. Many better more reliable options out there.
Do NOT go here, at all. They are unprofessional, take weeks to respond to messages, and extremely rude. My instructor hit my hand by aggressively grabbing the steering wheel when it was not necessary at all, multiple times. He would constantly yell and make it a very stressful environment. Made me uncomfortable by making me do deep breathing exercises I understand they need to be stern when teaching to drive, but this was completely unneeded the way this man acts. He acted like a child. He would also ask me to do something than immediately ask why i was doing that and would yell and get frustrated at me. He would answer phone calls, be on his phone constantly during our lessons. When i cancelled my G test because i could not be in a car with this man for me lesson before he said I was being rude for not telling him cause he cleared his schedule. As if I didn't tell him almost 2 months in advance of when my test was. He also had ZERO respect for my time, On one of the days of our lesson he said "i will tell you in one minute" and didnt tell me for over 5 hours so my entire day was ruined and it took ME texting him for a response. And after all that he was 20 minutes late. He does not plan, he does not care. It was overall an AWFUL experience. There was so much more. This man was AWFUL DO NOT GO HERE

UNPROFESSIONAL!! Very unprofessional, driver not punctual, disrespectful and hypocrite Their driver named rehan changed the time of driving lesson amd doesn’t even conveyed to the student . They aren’t gonna respect your schedule . Don’t believe in service recovery . Unorganized. Better spend your hard earned money on a well established professional driving instruction company.
