Recently did a workshop at this establishment, I was hesitant on joining because I thought it would be boring and not my thing but I really enjoyed it and Jennifer the woman who ran the workshop was really funny and just a overall joy to be around , 10/10 would recommend!!!

I went to this employment agency for help to find either a full time job or a secondary job and I had one in person meeting with them and was meant to have another, that one got cancelled the morning of an hour beforehand. They never rescheduled and I was the only one reaching out to them for help/inquiries. The only thing they did for me was redo my resume. That also did not help me get anywhere. They made it longer than it was originally to start with and its a known thing that companies usually will not look at a resume more than a page long. The half-ass attempt they made to help me got me no where. Would not recommend.
All the staff here make things very welcoming and friendly. The front desk always has a smile no matter who’s in that day. All the workers who are helping assist others with job seeking and resume building skills are such a lovely group of people. I am fairly new to the area and I have been going there for a couple months now and each and every member I have met there has made my job search easier and gave me more confidence leaving then I did going there. I had an amazing time at the youth workshop with Jennifer-Lee Heckbert. She made it a very warm and welcoming place to go and she would always fill the room with laughter. She’s got some REALLY great advice about pretty well everything lol! As well as my worker Sarah Oakley. She has also made an amazing difference and has been extremely helpful on my job hunt and working towards getting my schooling for grade 12 and post secondary. I’m so thankful that there is such an amazing group of people ready to help and assist with any kind of struggle.
My experience was awful. Both receptionists were judgmental and openly rude. I was expecting to get simple guidance and instead was interrogated by people who weren't interested in listening. They openly scoffed and laughed. The gentleman made a lot of assumptions about my circumstances. Services that are listed on the website are not accurate, and they were unpleasant to ask for help from.
I'm not even sure where to begin. I participated in classes and was very attentive always trying to lend a hand and well, all seemed well...however the moment you are discharged its complete whiplash, I can not believe the ways I was treated the lack of care and any humanity like another number. Don't expect them to treat you like a human being the moment your deadline is up. Complete abandonment and cruelty
The person in the reception was not at all helping and had a rude attitude. He was not kind or helping in any ways possible. It would have been great if employees were more respectful
