Clare sent a team of people who have no idea how to install a floor. There are nail holes everywhere, gaps in between boards and damaged boards were installed. Clare seemed like he was going to take accountability, even offered us a refund. Then after speaking with his business partner, Nick who is the owner of the Durham decorating centre, that was taken off the table. Floor boys is not the company it used to be. It was started by Derek who is Clare’s uncle, who has since retired.
Had carpet put in my living room,dining room. Dan the installer was awesome. Knows his stuff. Clare was extremely helpful in finding the perfect carpet for my needs.Would definitely get them to do any future work for me.Top notch flooring company. ???
Great variety of different kinds. I got a rug from this store. The quality and the product they have are fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service they provide is so satisfying. I would certainly come again and advice to shop in this place.......

I hired Floor Boys - specifically Derek and Paul - to install vinyl flooring in my property. The property has radiators, and areas with complex plumbing coming up through the floor. Floor Boys, Derek, and Paul were phenomenal. They ensured that they cut around the piping, radiators, and even taught me tricks to maintain my flooring in the future. On top of this, they were exceptionally reasonably priced, timely, courteous, and absolute professionals. If you are looking for flooring, don't bother going anywhere else. These guys do what the big box stores claim they can do, but actually deliver.

Floor Boys Flooring showed up day after closing the purchase of our home and removed the carpets and installed the laminate flooring. They did a amazing job and did it all for a great price the flooring in the rooms are so clean and perfect now.
