Nick was polite, respectfully and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions. The installers are very nice and skilled. For us, there're some little minor imperfections. But the installer came back the next day and the corrections were done to our satisfaction. Very skilled. It is in fact a 4.5:}
Kings flooring was truly amazing to deal with right from the start. Nick and the team at Kings flooring went through all the flooring options for our family and got us into a beautiful and affordable product that would last the test of time. King’s Flooring provided no follow-up customer service. When I phoned to say the carpet was developing ridges, I was told to send in pictures. By the time the ridges were visible in pictures, I was told I was just past the warranty period, and besides the installer had been fired! In the 3 years I’ve had the carpet, I have spent over $500 having it repeatedly stretched, and ridges are forming again. I would not recommend this company.
Amazing service, love that this was a family owned business and the workers were great. So happy that we choose King’s Flooring for our basement project oh and they definitely do have the best prices.

Thank you to Nick and Brent for your outstanding customer service. A few years back we needed a basement carpet, Nick sent his guy out and installed the carpet in no time. Fast forward to now, we decided to replace all our upper and main flooring and Nick helped me stay calm as we were in a time crunch and Brent did the install. Brent is a very experienced installer who is meticulous with his work. Nick also helped our daughter out with her new gym flooring. Great place, great people!!! Thank you!
