I have never hated my hair more. I went to Andy's because my family goes there to get their haircut. However, my hair is quite different from the rest of my families, it is very curly. So, I called the salon and asked for someone who knew how to cut curly hair well because I could NOT afford a hair screw up. I was referred to a girl named Rae, with purple hair. She was friendly at first, but made many mistakes and ultimately ruined my hair. She washed my hair terribly, getting my back very wet. When I showed her the picture of the hair cut I wanted, which was just a hairstyle that was slightly shorter than the cut I had currently. She looked at it for two seconds and just started cutting. She cut four inches of my hair off and started in the back, and never asked ONCE if the length that she was cutting it to was what I wanted. Half-way through the cut, I started to realize how short she was cutting it and mentioned that this was WAY shorter than I wanted it. At that point there was not much more I could do or say to change what she had done to my hair. My anxiety set in and trying to hold back tears I got through her hack job. After she was done, I got up, paid, left, and cried all the way home. After I got home, I found many strands of hair that were not cut properly and had to get someone to cut it even to the rest of my hair.I cannot stress to anyone enough, if you decide to go here PLEASE think more about who you are getting your hair cut with. I'd like to say that it has gotten better since it has grown out more, but that's not how curly hair works. I am stuck with this terrible, terrible, terrible cut for another six months at best and I am getting married in the future and wanted long hair. P.S.: If I could give no stars, I would.

Great salon, this was my second wash, cut and blow dry with Tracy and Im really pleased with my hairstyle. She listens to what you want. Reasonable prices too.
