Overall a nice store, problem was we went on a cold rainy blustery day, it was so cold inside we had to leave. Ridiculously cold like the AC was on, I mentioned it was freezing and the heat should be on, just too uncomfortable to shop
i’m very disappointed in the staff. i went to come back to pick up my couch and pay for it after telling them twice what i was doing it and they sold it to other person! awful place, would not recommend
Staff was helpful upon walking in. When an error in my order was brought to their attention I was given a solution I was content with. I did have to do a bit of explaining to show the error.
This place is ok but the staff are cooked. Lady charged me 6.00 on a tag that said 3.00 then asks me if I want various other items to cover the 3.00 to which I reply no id just like my 3.00 . This girl then proceeds to go to the back of the store and spends about 5 mins talking to people at that point I tossed the receipt on the counter and left. If you don't know how to get a customers 3.00 without wasting more than that in their time then y'all need retaining.
Cannot thank Habitat and their amazing staff enough for all of their help as we redesigned our new home! Todd and Mackenzie were especially exceptional with their customer service and willingness to help and answer questions.
Very impressed with this place. So much to see. The store is huge. The staff is so attentive. It is wise to go weekly to see what they have, the manager says there are different items all the time.
OMG what happened. How is everything they sell so expensive. When did they take on the Value village persona. Get free stuff and sell it for as much profit as possible.
