Just had our kitchen updated with new quartz counters, sink, faucet and tile backsplash. Moh was awesome at helping us make our selections and providing ongoing service throughout the process. The installation was done professionally and the finished product looks AMAZING team.
We recently had a new countertop and backsplash installed by Rahma Granites Quartz & Kitchen Cabinets, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first day we visited the store, Ibrahim provided expert, honest, and thoughtful advice. We wanted a matte quartz island but a polished countertop and backsplash with the same pattern and color. Ibrahim took the time to research the perfect match, and the result was beyond anything. I’m certain that even if we tried our hardest, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve that result on our own. The installers were so professional and skilled too. They came on time. The first thing they did was cover the floor from the main door all the way to the kitchen. They did most of the cutting outside, but whatever they did inside, they made sure that my home doesn't get dusty. While one person was cutting, another person was holding the vacuum. Small action but very impressive. Even Ibraheem visited our home during installation to follow-up on the work. Which clearly shows his involvement and dedication to work and customer satisfaction. From ordering to installation, everything was seamless. Last but not least, Ibrahim promised that the quartz would be highly resistant to scratches, stains, and easy to clean. After using it for two weeks, including working with turmeric I can say that the man was right indeed. I highly recommend Rahma Granites Quartz & Kitchen Cabinets.
We are so delighted with the new look of our kitchen and 5 washrooms that Rahma Granites recently did for us. Everything was perfectly executed, from the initial planning to the completion, including finishing everything in a timely manner. Ibrahim and Sujan were always there to answer any questions or concerns we had, and were regularly checking in to make sure that we were happy with how things were progressing. Everyone involved, including all their contractors, were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be recommending Rahma Granites to our friend and family.
Disorganized and they do not seem to want my business. I was in approximately 10 weeks ago. Took a sample home (do not believe I had to sign it out) and was waiting for an additional sample. I called weekly for an update and was told they were unsure who had the sample I wanted to see. By about the 4th week of calls I was told a new sample would be delivered within a week a so. I called again after two weeks and was told by a new person that they would reach out to get a new sample delivered. Its been two additional weeks and I have yet to hear anything - no follow up calls or emails unless I prompted for them.
Extremely bad service and the worst people ever! Beware and watch out, they will not tell you all the hidden charges and lie to you after you’ve given your deposit. They are liars and cheats and all these reviews are bought for sure! Stay away from them!
