I got them to clean my mom’s house, they did an awful job. It barely even looks clean, I do not recommend them. Use any other cleaning services. Their bad reviews say enough
Had this company do 2 cleans for my Airbnb, the first clean they didn’t even make the beds or clean the shower or appliances. When I called to discuss this they offered a small amount of money back and a small credit towards my next clean. I decided to give them another chance, to which they charged $72/hr for ONE cleaner that took 4hrs apparently to clean my 1300sqfoot home. The home is an Airbnb and has no clutter and guests typically leave it in decent shape as they’re not there for long. Paying over $300 for a clean for a 2 night stay when they just cleaned it about a week prior is insane. That’s $1200 a month for an unfinished and mediocre at best job. They were kind and apologetic after the first bad job which is nice. I will not however use this company again as 72$/hr for one cleaner seems insane to me if they need 4hrs to clean a small house.
We are so happy with the service we received from Stacy, who is part of the Oshawa Team. Becky is always so kind and helpful whenever we speak with her. Stacy did an OUTSTANDING job on our kitchen especially and we honestly don't think it looked as amazing when we installed it, brand new!We cannot thank Stacy, Becky, and the entire Oshawa team enough. They are always outstanding and do their very best!
This cleaning company cleaned my home for about 4 months. The first time they came one of the cleaners broke a nice figurine and my kitchen window California shutters were ruined. Overall cleaning was not upto expectation.
Merry maids staff does a wonderful job cleaning making sure that everything is taken care of. Staff is very accomodating and leadership is quickly responsive to any issue including last minute scheduling changes or unexpected requirements. You can't go wrong if you are looking for top notch assistance.
Basically once they left I had to finish the job. They didn’t send out enough staff to begin with. Then wanted $150 more than what was previously paid for the entire job. Claimed they gave us an extra 1.5hr of cleaning time dedicated to the kitchen and nothing was done, just a dish washer over stuffed, dishes in the sink and the counter wiped (which at this point a 2nd staff member was present). Overall I’m very disappointed in this service. I paid upward of $300 and had to clean up the same space the service paid for after they left.
