problem I see after the ladies left, when using the dusters, they did not clear the dust off them so in numerous areas there are little piles or like dust gobes left on the next thing they dusted 1 shelf after the next just annoying that I have to sort of colect this dust and of course I missed half of it for others to find....very high shelves where not as clean as is optimal
The Cleaning Ladies did a wonderful job cleaning our house. Very hard working and professional. It was our 1st time and we will definitely use their services on a regular basis.
I employed the services of The Cleaning Ladies beginning in July of 2023. Every month they sent someone different so I always had new strangers in the house. Some cleaners were better than others. Some move very quickly and others not so much. The last cleaner I had was brand new to the company, my house was her first clean. I was very disappointed with this cleaner(nice lady but not a great cleaner). The company offered to provide next month’s clean at half price promising to send one of their “experienced” cleaners. Unfortunately I have hit my limit. I do not like their business model of sending different cleaners all the time. It’s like Russian Roulette. I felt I was not getting value for money and have discontinued my account with them. Money is tight these days and a service company should be all about pleasing their customers in order to retain business. I’m not knocking the ladies in the office, they were very professional and willing to address the issue but if you have 200 clients and can’t figure out a way to send cleaners to regularly assigned clients it can cause distress to your customers. Consistency is important to me when I’m paying for a service.
Heather and Edana from The Cleaning Ladies did an outstanding job providing a fall cleaning at my place from top to bottom, and everything was sparkling clean when I arrived home. Both ladies were punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be using your services again.
