We shopped around for quartz countertops for our kitchen renovation. Jenny at Whitby Granite & Quartz was friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. We followed up with two friends that previously had countertops installed by Whitby Granite and both recommended them. I asked that a full, plywood underlay be used because of our corner sink. The plywood piece brought on install day was incorrectly cut and the job was stopped. Jenny stepped in and offered to have a new underlay cut and the install rescheduled ASAP. The countertops were installed a few days later and they look great. The underlay pieces fit perfectly and the quality of the install work was excellent. Good job! And good customer service Jenny.
