Awesome food and great service. We ordered several items and the food came so quickly! 10 out of 10! Best food for a cold winter night. This was our second time and we will return for sure. Our 3 kids love this spot as well.
Went in for some quick lunch with our toddler . We were so impressed with the menu ! Our food came quickly and was delicious. The server was so lovely and kind. We had to ask for our food to go because our toddler. The server was more than kind and helpful. We will most definitely be back . I highly recommend
Why is your gochujang sauce sweet There is absolutely no spice whatsoever. The more I add it to the rice hoping to get some heat out of it, the more sweet it turns out to be.
We ordered three dishes: pork bibimbap, pork bone soup and Korean fried chicken. The bibimbap was good. The fried chicken was crispy and yummy. The broth of our pork bone soup was okay. However, the meat was not tender, and the potato was still hard from the inside.
Not sure if they present themselves as authentic but it's more of a Chinese Korean fusion. As it's called "Korean Cuisine", I will review it as a Korean restaurant. The flavours are very mild. Kimchi stew was very watery vs stew like. Glass noodles in almost everything I ordered. The stir fry was flavourful but tastes of Chinese stir fry moreso than purely Korean (gochujung, garlic flavours). The meat is also velveted (a Chinese cooking technique to soften meat). Unfortunately the only real Korean restaurant in Durham region is a famous chain in Pickering. This is may be good to introduce North Americans to Korean cuisine but not for those looking for authenticity.
Had lunch at Mom’s Kitchen in Oshawa, and it was amazing! The food arrived in under ten minutes—super fast service! The stir-fry chicken was full of flavor, the chicken skewers were perfectly cooked, and the boneless fried chicken with lemon honey sauce was crispy and irresistible. The beef udon noodles were so tasty, and the beef minced bibimbap was delicious. The sides—kimchi, radish, seaweed, and cucumber—tasted great. Everything was so good that we can’t wait to visit again!
The food was delicious and the staff is amazing. It was my first time trying the Kimchi fried rice and I loved it. Everything I ordered tasted so good! 5 star experience Edit with pic: Came back to try the hot stone rice (squid). Still very good taste?
