I come here every week. Its very close to home so its convenient. I understand they can’t control who uses the place 100% of the time, its the area, drug addcts hang around, drug deals at night but i just ignore them. I have no problem telling people no for change since i need it anyway. I flooded the place once but i handled it and when they got there they helped and didnt hate me for it , even bought me breakfast. They are nice people, they just gotta deal with alot of bs. Change machine wasnt working properly, they eventually fixed, machines dont work sometimes but they do eventually get fixed. As long as that change machine works i will keep using this place.
2 stars because it's cheap and convenient but -3 stars for being gross and dirty Floors are disgusting, animal hair in every washing machine, absolutely GROSS... Beggars can't be choosers but we can expect a little better than this. Show some pride in your establishment and your business.
Worst laundromat ever. I left my clothes in the dryer for about one hour and came back around 9.10pm and realized they were closed. I came back in the morning and half of my clothes were gone. I had a few very expensive pants in there and they were stolen. I called the laundromat and they told me I shouldn't leave the laundry, instead should wait there until it was done. And that they dont take responsibility for stolen goods. That's understandable but who in their right mind sits there for two or three hours to do laundry when there is so much more they could do during that time. Also when I called and asked the laundromat to check the cameras, they said there wasn't a clear shot of the machine I was using, so why on earth do you have so many cameras there if you cant check them when there is an issue. That's just too suspicious. Also the place is not clean at all and there is dog fur everywhere. Anyways I dont recommend this place to anyone.
Worst laundry mat I’ve been to gotta bang the machine to get the quarters to drop in right otherwise you gotta drop each one in about 10 times before it accepts it but they get mad at you for banging on the machines to get them to accept the quarters right away. Also half the machines have some kind of issue either not starting at all, leak, don’t dry just go anywhere else
This laundry mat is disgusting! The owner does nothing there. Fixes nothing, place is dirty. You’re lucky if you can get a decent dryer after you’ve continuously put a bunch of change in there. Washing machines smell terrible and most don’t work either! My husband has complained a few times and he blames the people that go in there. Although people are known to sleep and hang out in there all night. That’s something he should be dealing with cause decent people are just trying to do laundry in his business, and he could care less! He’s just there to collect his money.
Machines are disgusting with a section of broken ones, one or more dryers don't work (I know one as I used it) and there is no bathroom that is usable, and I don't care about excuses like homeless using it to shoot up, the cost is the only thing I went for and even that isn't a draw anymore
Only one of the triple loaders works. The rest are out of order. Only a handful of the double loaders are working and even some of them should be out of service because they're not draining. 5 of the 14 dryers are out of service. The mat is also filthy. The machines are gross. I'm not coming back!
