Its not kept clean as much few machines broken and never fixed not safe enough in the laundry mat homeless people in there laundry left out and the chairs are gross and old theatre style chairs and if there are problems no way to let u no its happened that
I would have given zero stars if I could. Went there today with my daughter, as this is the closest laundry place to her place, and it was disgusting. There's no way anyone is taking care of this place, the chairs are like old theater type, and are so filthy and gross. The floors are disgusting. There's a stale and stinky piece of half eaten bread (I think) in the corner with some containers of who knows. There's no heat in the place at all. Really the photos will speak for themselves. I'm surprised the machines even work. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.
I've used this location before and had no issue, today I walk in and the place is filthy and looks unkept. The parking is at the back, walking through the parking lot, There's a needle on the ground. When I get in the building there's a guy bathing in the sink. The washer and dryer do work well, but they need to be cleaned a little better.
Machines worked well and lots of tables to fold on. They provide any additional need such as detergents and bags. But they didn't have washrooms or any sink available. Slight inconvenience as it was during night hours as they are run 24 hours
In hopes that the owner will read the google review so that we can get our stuff back. It’s been stuck can’t open it’s inside the machine since Wednesday may 15 there are no contact information of the owner anywhere on the property. The instagram account that is posted at the laundromat doesn’t exist I can’t find. So PLEASE THE OWNER REACH OUT TO US WE LEFT OUR CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE NOTE.
The #1 washer had a fault “E dL” and we couldn’t open the door. No contact numbers, just an IG but couldn’t even find them. Could the owners please reach out to me, my sheets and towels are still inside. I also left a note on the machine.
Great place...did 8 loads of laundry cost under 40 dollars....love this place...will go again and will recommend to all family amd friends UPDATE JULY 2019 Seem like this laundry matt isn't being taken care of very well. It was alot more clean amd taken care of. The had a washroom too for us to use. But I guess people took advantage of that. So now its locked up. The white machines in the back I think were $1.50 now they are $2.50 I have used them from time to time when i have a small load. Until one time i used one And of course i was waiting for a machine to be finished. I saw that was lighting up as usual. The light can on for prince cycle, and it didnt even fill up with water. The soap was just sitting there on my clothes. So I had to use another machine and pay another $2.50. All in all the place is going dow hill. Juat not clean and welcoming as it was when it first opened Also the amount being charged for the white machines now is ridiculous.
