This team works well together. Barry is very understanding and professional. He always returned my emails and phone calls sometimes before and after hours. He is experienced and he gets the job done! Do not waste your time or money on this firm. They find every way possible to increase your bill. Even if things are at a standstill, they find ways to get money from your account. Sending emails multiple times in one day, days in a row that could easily be sent once, etc. They act as if they are on your side, yet act as if you are to feel sympathetic for the opposing side, especially when in court and your own lawyer is hugging the other counsel. They lose paperwork and when you question them about it, they pass the buck and take no ownership whatsoever for their mistakes. They only care about making money, they do not care about their clients. They will promise you they will get you what you want, yet fail miserably to deliver in all regards. It's pretty bad when they have their own staff writing reviews to boost their potential credibility (Dana). Find a firm where they genuinely care about what you are going through, and they follow through. A year in and nowhere near where my situation should be. Lots of time, energy and money wasted. Will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this firm. Experience and heart count for something and you won't get this at Carmichael Law.
Where to begin....I would not hire any of these lawyers. They will drag out your case just so they can charge you more money. They dont follow directions or communicate well and have there own agenda which is to run up the tab. Very disappointed with my experience. Dealing with family issues is hard enough so you shouldnt have to worry about who you hired and if they have your best intentions at mind.
