Tried to contact this law office. Was told the call would be returned the next business day. After waiting 3 days I contacted them again. The advice I got was that the person who arranges appointments was busy and to just leave another message with her. No offence but if she did not return the first message after 3 days, what makes anyone think she will return the second or third? The lawyers may know their stuff but I have no confidence in their support staff at this time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Bad Client Service - Dishonest Lawyers: I made a consultations appointment. I was late by 30 mins. I advised them that I am running late. The assistant Lacy is extremely rude. Tasneem Alibhai was not willing to charge me for 30 mins if she spoke to me for 30 mins. She wanted to charge the full hour. I suggested to use the extra 30 mins that i dont use towards my file, i was told NO straight up. The assistant Lacy scrunched up the invoice as she walked away from reception. If that is not poor client service, i dont know what is. I walked away without retaining the lawyer. They are greedy, dishonest and not respectful at all.
