I have been a customer with cash4you king street location abd every experience, call or in person was so polite and the service just exceptional. I recently took a installment loan and Raja and the manager Trish brought me through the requirements, I was worried about my credit and when I presented my questions, there was no rush to lend me, nut instead Trish and Raja gave truthful information and allowed me to make my decision...way to go guys! Top tier service!
Line of credit =LOAN SHARKS. I never had a problem with little bits of money except they charge a lot to borrow, but a line of credit is another story. I had to stop money coming out of my account because it was financially draining. Don't do financial agreements over the phone. Get your paperwork. I stopped payment and changed to go in and pay. They didn't like it. I dropped large payments 3 times and they took a huge percent off of it and it showed very little coming off of what I owed. Now they are saying I'm behind 3 months but yet I paid way more than 3 months in person!
Staff are completely incompetent, useless and un-trained. Absolute joke of an establishment, save your time and go somewhere else. Spent an hour teaching the employee how to print bank statements and a void check. Embarrassing.
