Henika was serving me today. She did exellent job. Trully knowledgable, smart and caring . Just wonderful professional and beautiful person.I wish we had more professional people like Henika. Service was for A+++ . Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Went there with a Ontario rebate cheque and the bald employee seemed sketchy right off the start, they told me they needed to hold my ontario rebate cheque and that he would contact me personally when it cleared, he claimed it was a "duplicate cheque" eventhough the cheque number clearly ended with a 1 and not a 02 as a duplicate cheque would end with 02 AND adult cheque's and children cheque's are clearly different! I went to another money mart up the street and they cashed it with ZERO ISSUES and told me that their system didn't say anything about it being a "duplicate cheque" and that absolutely no hold was required on my cheque and that they don't know what the employee was talking about! I am fairly certain that he was going to cash my cheque and pocket my $200 HUGE fraud alert, DO NOT give your rebate cheque's to this man!
Javid and lyle are always on the ball when I come in. Always happy and energetic when their great me. They are basically the reason I choose to do business at this location!!
Staff is always very nice but the wait is always ridiculous. The people on staff are never able to cash my cheques without calling in to management because it is above they're limit. It is not their fault... there should always be someone in the store that can cash any size cheque. If it wasn't for the always ridiculous waits it would be a good experience
been there two times every time wait for half an hour and came back without finishing work. 2 staff members one Asian grl seems to be high and slow as snail while an elderly gentleman slow enough to help more than one customer in half an hour.they need to keep more staff if they have multiple services.
If I could give a 0 star I would, I went in to sell my rings and waited more then half an hour because there was 1 woman who was running back and forth between testing my rings and helping other customers then to get a disgraceful price for 3 rings. I left and looked at my rings to find one broken and a huge chunk missing out of another. I go back inside and the woman tells me I signed a waiver and she can do whatever she wants to my ring, admitted she cut open my ring to test it and on my rings you can see she scrapped them multiple times in different areas causing my rings to now be worthless
