My son loves this place! I ended up buying the 30 day pass that's only $30 to play in the game room. The crafts are fantastic!
I am writing to let you know how very disappointed we are with the location in the Oshawa Center. My friend and myself brought our 3 kids to the store on Sunday around 11:45am. We brought a 4, 3 and 1 year old. The kids were excited to check out the new store do a craft and play. We walked into the store for our first visit and greeted with this, " are here for the party?". We responded and said, "no". We were then told, "we are closed we have a party, try to come back after 1:30". There was one full table open for crafts and 2 staff members in there. So we turned around and walked out with 3 disappointed kids. This place has been advertised as a drop in and do crafts and play and also a place to drop kids while you shop. No where on your site does it say that you are closed to the public during a birthday party. We have never be treated so rudely at a child's place and made to feel so unwelcomed. We will never step foot back in this place and will make sure all our friends and family are aware of how a new business for children is not very child friendly.
Bought the month pass-- $30 each for my 3 kiddos and it's worth it. It's cheap and entertaining enough that it's a good alternative for those hot days outside . We've come here every day and we've also been kicked out early for a party before but it's not a big deal. It's a new place... Do your due diligence and ask questions about the place, how they operate, if it's an evening or weekend call in to see if they have a party booked or not. It's one of the first things they will tell you. Staff are always kind there. My only wish is that the floor mats were cleaned more often.. my kiddos feet turn pretty dark after a couple minutes. And on that note-- it's not required but socks would be good to bring with you! :)
Really fairly priced, only 5 dollars for 30 minutes or 10dollars for the day. My one year old enjoys it there and it's great for older kids as well. This place definitely has my business
***UPDATE (AUG. 23, 2018) - recently added a:- bouncy castle - slide into ball pitI love that there's a new "child friendly" option at Oshawa Centre. Works well for my wife and I, as one of us will stay with the kids (we bring our three - all under the age of 7) while the other goes shopping. Then we tag up and swap.Staff is very friendly, pricing is beyond fair, and most importantly our kids love it. Ideal for kids under the age of 12ish!
