We are very happy with our new floors! The installers were great, friendly, professional and finished quicker than we expected. I would recommend Flooring Liquidators. Just to note, doggie only came out for an inspection during lunch break! Lol
Great experience overall. Associate helped me pick out the right flooring for the desired look and budget. They had a ton of options to choose from which made finding exactly the look we wanted much easier. Delivery was set up within days and driver called ahead of delivery to confirm his anticipated delivery time with us. Very professional and reliable company - will be ordering from them again for future projects.

Bought some flooring a couple months ago. Gave the sales person our dimensions. He suggested how many boxes to buy. Said not to worry as he would BUY the extra boxes back if we had any left. We ended up actually buying 56 and not the 58 he suggested. When I called to return what I had left, the sales associate said NO, they don’t do that. He did acknowledge he knew this was being told to customers, but he wouldn’t honour it?? Great customer service. He also admitted the previous sales person was upselling flooring amounts so customers paid more. Great company/store to buy from. Stay away from this business! Sent an email with no response…. Even though the response was to email the manager, no one did any follow up after I sent my email, great customer service. Avoid this business.
Are you kidding me?? Another one of these stores opened up? Me and my wife went through Hell dealing with these crooks. I wish I went on kijiji and got ripped off there. This is what we went through.. They delivered the wrong product. When we called and told them they wanted to charge us a 25% restocking fee plus a transportation fee back to their shop. Their delivery guy gave us hell and wanted to charge us ontop of what we paid to offload it into the house. We were told that it was going to be delivered. I'm confused, what does "delivered" mean when the customer has to offload it into their house? I could get into more detail but I'm just going to keep it short. Terrible experience, please read all their reviews on their other locations before doing business with these people. They have more bad than good reviews.
Was having a difficult time deciding what type of Flooring, I was looking for to redo my basement, wanted something I loved and was affordable. The employees made this experience much less stressful then I anticipated, I would most definitely use them again and recommend to friends !

Bought 2300sqf of Canadian red oak for our newly renovated home. Wood was delivered on time and installers came in and finished within the timeline given. My living room was even installed on a 45 degree angle and work was done 100%. 5 / 5 stars to Mohamed and his team.
