If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't this place I've been going to for months and always had nice people serve me. Up to today when I had walked from Taughton Road and Simcoe because I had no spare change to give to get on bus and go get a bus pass. I walked to get my pass this lady running both served a young lady before me and I asked her for a bus pass giving her 3 peices to my odsp income page they always asked for she like "where is the dental part to your sheet" i said "i dont have it because I left with my dentist" because that was where it was and the weather being as hot as was she's like "I'm sorry I can't give you a pass and drops the pass back into the the desk and sends me a way. Ive never in my life time ever been treated so unkindly just over a missing peice of paper... I'm so disappointed and can't afford a $107.00 pass this month and rely on buses as a huge part my transportation... I guess I'll be having to walk from home to another place that sells passes because they won't be seeing me again.
They had the doors closed at 2. Was unable to purchase my bus pass and now have no way home tonight.They should be open till 4 . 2 is too early for any place selling a necessity . There where 3 people also trying to get inside.
They don't open at 8 a.m. How I suppose to go to school when I need a bus ticket?? By the way, NEVER use the washroom!! No one clean it up
Sorry the guy at the desk selling tickets was totally rude & offensive to me his people skills well let's say he has none he should not be in this position I've witnessed it a few times when he was dealing with other people he has a serious problem and should be delt with accordingly please and thank you.
No soap in mens washroom. Dirty. I cannot believe staff at 16:43 hours selling tickets on sept 5th, 2018 is still grumpy as f, and rude considering he should be pretty happy sitting behind the glass vaping and with earbuds in. At least he could try to be polite, nice, helpful at a minimum.Maybe This dude needs a job where he doesnt deal with people. Get with it oshawa go.
