But then I found Suzanna at Oshawa Flight Centre! She told me that she could find an amazing vacation that wouldn't interfere with our busy schedules and within minutes of me providing her with some dates we booked a vacation! The best part is that she could tell us all about the resort because she has been there! Suzanna is very professional very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. In particular, our travel agent Suza was top notch from the beginning of the planning stage right through to execution on several bookings, helping us co-ordinate the trip details, what was impressive, was that fact that she stayed in touch with us throughout the trips to ensure that they were executed flawlessly!While planning the bookings our travel agent was always available to answer any questions that came up. Her itineraries, travel suggestions and prompt responses blew me away and did not disappoint. From the hotels, to the cars, to the air transfers, the arrangements made were all exceptional and exceeded the standards both in quality and hospitality!I have traveled the world both on business and pleasure and routinely stay at 5-star hotels and have used other travel agencies in the past. We have booked out last few vacations with him and, honestly, I wont go anywhere else. He goes over and above every time. He is considerate, knowledgeable and personable. Last year our vacation got postponed due to a hurricane and Rob stayed late to make sure we were put onto another flight. He is always there to help and really does take care of his customers.
