A gentleman named Sylvain was extremely helpful on March 22nd 2018. There was an accident in Oakville and the train was delayed for an investigation. Sylvain contacted our group home to let us know that our resident was with him. He was safe, but would be arriving back in Oshawa later than expected. He offered to let me speak to him as well which was greatly appreciated. What a fantastic guy. Thank you very much Sylvain !!! You are AWESOME
