We recently purchased a car for our son from this family owned business. I had the opportunity of dealing with all three bothers and they were all very helpful. They had the car ready very efficiently as we were in a bit of a rush for it. There was a bit of what seemed like an electrical issue when we 1st picked it up understanding this can be very unpredictable. They took the car back in the shop immediately and got everything working great even above and beyond the safety. I would bye from them again and for sure recommend them.

I beg you take any vehicle you wish to buy to your mechanic. Unfortunately we had a lot of trust in them and did not take our suv in to our own or at least not their mechanic. Our suv should have never passed safety. Less than 8 months after purchase we found out that the frame of the car was rusted through in multiple places, I needed a new tie rod, balljoints, among other things. Some repeirs are always to be expected, but while trying to deal with AAA auto and making my case with them I also do not trust their mechanic who passed the safety for the sale of the car. Unfortunately we are still paying for a car we can no longer safely drive due to the rusted holes in the frame. I will also leave some photos of the damage that would have 100% been visible during the sale and safety of our SUV EDIT ... the suv was purchased under my busbands name. We had the bottom sprayed this is when they firse told us of the rather concerning issue and at that time I did call to adress the issue multiple times. At the oshawa location. There is no mistake.
Called ahead of time to confirm hours and if vehicle of interest was still available. Drove an hour and a half to show up and have no sales person greet us when we arrived. We walked around the lot and still no one came out to ask if we needed help or if we had any questions.
