I had a walk-in to this clinic and I am very happy with the services they provide. Dr. Mustafa is a good, knowledgeable person who also listened to all my questions and concerns and prescribed the medications, blood work etc. I recommended this place to anyone looking for a good walk-in clinic.
Dr. Hashmi is an amazing doctor. She never rushes appointments and always takes the time to truly listen. She carefully explores all options and makes you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. Her compassion and thoroughness set her apart, and the clinic provides a very positive and supportive experience. I’m grateful to have such an attentive and knowledgeable physician. Highly recommend.
Dr. M. Al-Karaghooli is my family physician at Ritson Road North Medical Centre, however, in the past few years I've also been cared for by Dr. Fernaha Tahir, Dr. Fatima Hashmi and Dr. Shazia Nabi. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful team looking after my medical care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, if you are looking for a family doctor, last I heard, at least one of their doctors on staff is taking on new patients. This is definitely the place to go for compassionate and efficient medical care.
I want to thank Kaneesha, the receptionist at the doctor’s office, for her kindness and compassion during my recent visit. I was in severe pain and could barely sit down, but she was incredibly understanding, patient, and caring. She helped me right away and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while waiting. Her gentle attitude and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service. Thank you, Kaneesha, for going above and beyond!
would not recommend if I could go lower than one star I would, terrible service, and bad doctors went in there to get a blood sample and a urine sample for a potential UTI in urgent care they made me wait roughly 4 or three days before they actually told me what their results were only for them to call me up and tell me I’m all right when I wasn’t all right, and the problems still kept happening so if you’re looking for reliability and proper answers, go see your family doctor this will be the first time and last time I’m ever going to rely on this place.
So I went there go get a referral and the wait was long but I understood because that's no one's fault. The place was organized and you got seen in the order of your arrival however when I got to see the Doc, she refused to give me a referral which was my primary reason for going there. So after almost two hours of waiting, I didn't get what I needed. She said I needed to get ir from my family doctor however I informef her that I dont have one. Where is one supposed to go to get a referral if you have no family doctor? She couldn't answer that so I guess I'll just have to have no access to that aspect of Healthcare then? Edited to add: I went on a weekDAY not a weekend so I have no idea what they're talking about in their response. When I went, it was definitely during the week.
Consistently worst walk-in experience. Rude, long wait-times, early closing time, and above all, uncaring doctors who won’t listen to your symptoms, and won’t prescribe you anything. If u wanna spend 2 hours and leave with nothing, go here
