I just got went to go see the doctor who ordered me to do an ultrasound because they had called(missed it) called back, they told me to come in before 3 today. I come in and she is going to tell me the doctor isn’t there and won’t be here. I walked all the way there with a swollen and sprain foot because I needed to know and see the doctor and they told me to come before 3 because that’s the cut off. She should have known this information to give clients without them having to waste gas or time out of their day to come and not be able to get service done. Truly disappointed in that especially during the cold weather
Dr Fetuga is our family doctor since almost 2 years. He is very kind, doesn't rush, and listens to your concerns very attentively. And is very sweet with kids.

He is also incredibly thorough in his diagnoses and highly effective in his treatment plans, making him both reliable and trustworthy. His professionalism and his ability creates a warm, comfortable environment during every visit.
Visited this place and Dr Remi Ogunfuwa is VERY unprofessional. I would never refer this place to my worse enemy. I don't care how much education you have, if your not courteous and professional then you need more training. I will never return
I have been visiting this clinic for two years, and my doctor, Dr. Uju, is my family physician. He has always been wonderful with his patients and gives each person the time and care they need. During my visit today, I noticed a significant and positive change in the reception and nursing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank you to (Amnah) for her patience and dedication. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, she still made sure I was able to see the doctor. Thank you all for your professionalism and excellent service.
Been a patient here for years. Unfortunately dealing with the reception here is hell! They'll call back only if they feel like it. Called multiple times because of an error in my medical form that needs to be corrected by a specific doctor. No response and the phone doesn't connect to the reception. My family doc is pretty decent. If not for that, I'd switch and go elsewhere. Unable to respond to the owner's reply - I left multiple voice messages.
I so regret leaving my family dr in Scarborough and moving here, did that because it was close , thinking it would be easier with small kids . Every time I call for my family Dr Nabi , their response is “she is at the ritson location , go there as a walk in “ , so what is the point of having a family dr if I have to walk in . This is going on since September. If you dint have schedule why would you accept patients in the first place
