I recently purchased a box of Lotte Choco Pies from Vinland Supermarket and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. As soon as I took the first bite, I noticed that something was not right with the taste and texture. I immediately checked the packaging and discovered that the product had expired three months prior. A few hours later, I began to feel unwell, which I strongly suspect was related to consuming the expired product. This experience was very concerning, as expired food items should not be on store shelves for customer safety. I hope both the manufacturer and the supermarket will take greater care in monitoring product expiry dates to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Iam front of the store now at 9.34 .. store not open .. iam waiting here from 9 .. they should follow the time because our time is very important.. this is 2 nd time happened to me

Took this item and it’s not good, thought of exchanging , but they are saying kitchen items no returns. They didn’t mention on the receipt nor we have used the item. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Don’t ever buy anything from this store. All goods are expired and not worth of money. This is literally 23$ and it’s waste of money.

Warning to seafood buyers! Bought crabs this morning and they were spoiled. This is a serious health risk, especially for kids. Vinland Supermarket must remove spoiled seafood from shelves immediately. Customers, please check freshness carefully — there are other Asian stores with better quality. Management, health should come before profit. Please take better care of your customers!

Don't buy meat here. Don't trust them, I asked for 10 dollars worth of shrimp. They picked the ones that turned black and were off. I could not cook this for my kid. I had to bin it. Do not buy your meat from here. Horrible customer service. Please be careful. I would definitely not buy my meat from here again.

I've visited this store twice, and unfortunately, both times the cashier was on the phone while ringing me up. This was quite distracting and slowed down the checkout process. I understand mistakes can happen, but consistency in this behavior is concerning. Hopefully, the store will address this issue to improve customer service.

I highly recommend Vinland Supermarket for your needs. Extremely well organized, friendly staff and very helpful. Outstanding customer service experience and worth making a visit.
