Didn't finish on time and they couldn't find my shirt so I had to find a replacement for the wedding I was going to. I will never go back and strongly advise you go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE. Nothing good to say about this place. We needed a quick job done that was taken in on a Tuesday and I said I would leave my husbands suit with them if they could have it done by the Saturday of that week. She guaranteed that it would be done by the Friday. Showed up on the Friday and she informed me that it was not done. I told her that I needed it by the Saturday no later than 2 pm. They called at 2 pm to say that they lost the pants. We have to continually call them to check up on the pants and over a month later, they still have no answer and have not located his pants (blaming it on a third party). They also told us that they are a professional business and stuff like this takes time to sort out. They do not take ownership over their mistakes and have horrible customer service when they are in the wrong.
Extremely unprofessional. I dropped off a t-shirt that needed the bottom hemmed, I was told to come back Monday, and then Thursday. On Thursday my shirt was still not done. Needless to say I was very disappointed as this is my favourite shirt. I was inconvenienced and I now have to go elsewhere after a week of my time being wasted. I do not recommend this place.
