First and last time using this laundromat. I walked in to extremely dirty floors, which due to winter I overlooked. The washing machines were dirty and had to clean them before use. The large machines spin cycles need to be fixed as my clothes were soaking wet when we took them out. We were able to wring water out of them. I guess this way they make more money on drying. Overall the laundromat was dirty and in need of a really good clean.
Do not try and convert bills here. Tried 5 different $20 bills in every single coin exchange machine, none accepted. None were torn, in rough shape, nothing. Will exchange larger coin for quarters, but nothing else.
Clean laundromat. Easy to use machines. Seating, tables, and washroom provided. Supplies available for purchase. The change machine ate up $1 but the worker on-site quickly rectified the problem with no issues.
On initial inspection, it looked good. Even has a clean toilet. However, of the seven smaller washing machines, only one was fit for purpose. Five were dirty - full of hair (wonder when the rubber seals were cleaned), and the last one would not acknowledge coins.
My dryer isn't working and have to wait for 2 weeks to get it serviced. Brought my clothes here to dry and the laundromat is clean, well maintained, and has a seating area so you can chill while you wait for your laundry to be done. Will be back tonight to use the dryers again.
I use this laundromat when I have big comforters to wash. I remember a particular day while using the dryer, it took my coins and was not working. I called the # that’s posted if any issues arise. The situation was rectified speedily. I like that the environment is inviting and the bathroom is clean. However, the dryers need to be frequently clean from lint.
The laundromat was clean enough. Wipes were available to clean as needed. Machines that weren't in use were appropriately labeled. Enough seating and complementary WiFi.
