Dirty. I used a washer that cost me $4.50 it didn't spin my clothes. Tried by bounce sheets there went another $1.50. Went to Henry's pizza to ask how to get a hold of the owner. The guy laughed said I was the 3rd person to complain. I called Gerry he's never bothered to call me back.I won't be returning
Very clean. The alternative laundry mats are disgusting. The cheapest laundry mat around. The owners are very nice accommodating. I have been refunded money weeks later when I have seen the owners and told them of any problems. Very safe. The male owner has cleaned up this laundry mat from certain clientele
Went there to do laundry, put money in machine to get change for machines only to be ripped off and nothing came out, went to call owner only to see there is no number ....goes to show they dont care bout their customers just taking their money. I should of let my kid run around the place maybe the owner would of came and could get money back........IF U DONT CARE ABOUT LOSING MONEY THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO, OWNER DONT GIVE 2 F'S BOUT NOTHING.
I have read a horrible review and find people complain all the time. It is a laundry mat and machines are electronical. What does one expect. Machines malfunction regularly, deal with it. There are brooms around to sweep. The owners are very accommodating. If this is your community laundrymat help out and stop whining. There are even toys for kids to play with until they are stolen. I have watched the female owner scrub crevices with a tooth brush. Try going to another laundry mat and tell me this one isn t cleaner. This laundry mat does not have an attendant monitoring the premise all day so yes ...with the volume of people doing laundry it may get messy. This is a great laundry mat compared to others. Stop complaining people and be proactive.
Change machine didn't work for breaking down loonies , and it won't take any new bills. Two thumbs down had to drive else where to get change.
