After visiting several mechanics in the GTA, I found Duane’s garage on Google and decided to try it because of the great reviews. Even though they were fully booked for the week, Duane personally took the time to listen to my brake concerns and offered to check the car, so I left it with them. He called me the next day with a clear, detailed update and I had all my brakes issues fixed that same day. I really appreciate his honesty and the way he explains everything without trying to add unnecessary repairs. From my experience, this is one of the best and most trustworthy garages in the GTA. And most importantly, the customer service is amazing. I’ll definitely be back for my tire change.
Late friday almost close time and fit me in to patch a screw in my truck tire, even though it would push them past their time. Went to pay and done me a solid and told me not to worry about it and have a good weekend. After waiting at another shop and getting no service at all and shops closing this really made my friday so much better. Amazing customer service and solid place. I need new tires for truck soon I will for sure be looking at this place and repaying it back. Service like this is hard to find these days I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for service or tires. Thank you for the solid and making my friday totally appreciate this.
I had new Michelin tires installed and balanced on my C Class Motorhome by a reputable tire dealer. I had issues with the balancing of the front tires as they are on alloy rims as opposed to steel rims. I went back and had them done again and was told they did the best they could and said the alloy wheels were warped. I started looking for new alloy wheels and was told to call Auto Tires and Safeties. I spoke with Dwayne the owner who assured me the rims would not be warped and that he could balance them to my satisfaction. Went out and had them done. Just returned from a 1,400 kilometre drive and the vehicle handled so well with absolutely no vibration in the steering wheel. This is a great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
