Went to the Speedy auto on king street today and had an amazing experience. Dino the owner is a very nice and helpful gentleman and his crew was aswell, very genuine, honest and amazing people. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you again guys!

I called and spoke with April because I had an issue with the coolant. It was the afternoon and I dont live in the area I work. She was fantastic and reassuring, I brought the car in and Dino was able to look at it and fix the issue. I was able to drive home that night without any concerns. April also followed up with me to ensure the issue was resolved and everything was good with my car. I appreciate that they took the time to follow up and made me feel taken care of for this issue and any issues I may have in the future. 5 stars across the board.
Amazing customer service and customer satisfaction. I went to a different mechanic (right around the corner) from Speedy and was quoted a ridiculous amount for a PVC hose repair (over $1,000) I took my car to Speedy and they not only fixed the issue but did it for under $250. Speedy then called me yesterday to see how everything was working. I highly recommend this location. Not only fair but amazing service all the way to the end. Will definitely be going back when needed in the future.
I learned why they’re called Speedy Auto! I had an appointment at 9 and they had it up on the hoist within 5 minutes to inspect. He was very nice and HONEST! Another mechanic at a different shop told me the exhaust was rattling, and I know lots of mechanics who will try to take your money where they can get it. But the rattling noise was just the heat shield rusting off so he removed it and didn’t charge me anything! Problem solved and I was back home by 9:25! I will be coming back in the future!
This morning, I had an oil change completed for the first time at Speedy Auto Service. I can genuinely say I am well pleased with the friendly, and prompt service I had received. I was also offered refreshments which I found to be courteous. I am appreciative! Thank you, Speedy Auto Service.
This will definitely be the one and only garage I'll bring my 2001 Kia Magentis to. I had a great experience back in October 2020 for an oil change and maintenance - the man at the desk is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet. Yesterday, I had made an online appointment for a regular oil change. About a week ago, I had noticed my rear tire on the driver's side was angled, and asked if they could have a look at it. Turns out my upper control arm had completely broken (scary to imagine what COULD have happened if I hadn't gotten it checked). Again, the man at the desk was very professional and friendly, and brought me into the garage to show me the broken control arm and detailed the cost of the new part and labour. I left after receiving an estimate for the work, and returned same day to pay exactly what was estimated to me (an affordable and reasonable price), and collected my car. It drives sturdy and smooth now, and I feel so safe again in my Magentis. Thanks guys, see you in a few months for another oil change (but I'm hoping JUST the oil change this time!).
