I recently had an amazing experience at Sport Chek! I needed to exchange a pair of shoes that were unfortunately too narrow, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. Lee was incredibly helpful and patient, letting me try on about 15 pairs. He even stayed a while past his shift time just to make sure I found the right ones! When i was running out of shoes to try on, lee brought out a pair of shoes i just loved! When Lee's shift ended, Luke stepped in and was just as helpful. He was so kind and kept checking in on me while I was deciding between two pairs. Thanks to their recommendations, I found not one but two new pairs that I just absolutely love! The manager was also incredibly friendly and attentive, even remembering me from a couple of days back. He helped me set up Triangle Rewards on my phone and got me $35 back!!! The checkout staff was also so patient and friendly, even when I was having credit card issues. Overall, the entire team was fantastic, and I highly recommend this Sport Chek location! (Now I have three pairs that I cant decide which to wear first)
I went to this store to get new shoes for work. A young man by the name of Luke was gracious enough to help me. He was so pleasant and most of all, very patient. He didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. He took the time to discuss my options with me. He answered every question I had. The young man at the cash whose name was Nathan was also very kind, polite and informative. Those boys probably have proud parents at home! You don’t see that kind of professionalism and respect in kids of their generation very much. It was so great to see that tonight with Luke and Nathan. Thank you boys for a pleasant experience! I actually left with a smile on my face because of your kindness!
The best place to buy sports accessories doesn't have many soccer items. I'm not sure if they're out of stock, but they should add jerseys and football boots.
Purchased a bike on- line for my grandson. Picked it up on June 8th, Saturday afternoon around 5:00 pm. Picked up at Service desk. The service person I dealt with, who built the bike for me was very polite and professional. Was able to answer any questions I had and helped me take it out and put it in back of my SUV. Would recommend Sport Chec Service Dept for any issues with bicycles and other items which require servicing. Thanks, a satisfied customer
If I was writing this review a couple of days ago, it wouldn't have been a positive one. But the manager working yesterday and the bike technician that we had the pleasure of working with today was top notch. Thankful for you both and we will absolutely continue to shop there because of you both.
Great customer service - shout out to Lee! Went looking for a new shoe for the gym, he was able to suggest a more comfortable shoe, that was also cheaper! Excellent help
