The owner of this store harasses customers, including senior women and children. shopping in this store today, Dec 2, with my 13 year old when the owner accused her of breaking something without provocation and then harassed, yelled at and followed ys around the mall. My daughter was afraid. The items are over priced and management is unprofessional and aggressive. I will be making a complaint to the OC property management. Other reviews on here confirm pattern of rude and intimidating behaviour. Go to sports section or sport chek. Disgusting excuse for customer service. Recent jewelry store robberies at the mall are bad enough to scare people away, but we won’t be back
Horrible store , was bought items for Christmas that don’t fit , can’t return it or exchange for store credit . Don’t shop here . Go to a reputable store that will slow exchanges .
If i could give leas than 1 star i would worst customer service and the people do not hold up what they say, went in for football helmet was told 205 and then i get there and the price is up 150 have bought a few things here. Ut will never shop here again and i advise everyone to stay clear they do not do good business and evwrything in their store you can get online for the actual price it cost if anyone needs any NFL gear please send me a message these people just out here robbing everyday people
So I went here tonight to get a Bills Toque. I was there at 4:30pm. I picked my toque then asked the stout Indian man with glasses if there were any Black Friday Deals. He said they ended 20mins ago. Of course it’s Black Friday all day not just part of the day. He said all stores are like that. Which of course is a lie. So I said it’s black Friday all day, he says no more deals. So I was going to actually swallow the cost but this guy just keeps yapping. Says I don’t have to buy the toque if I don’t like the price. I turned to him and said he could use a lesson in customer service. He proceeds to keep yapping at me. At this point I decided I no longer wanted the hat, threw it on the counter after the female cashier rolled her eyes and I walked out. Who wants to spend money in a store when they clearly do not care about the customer and are so combative. I proceeded to go to Lids where they also sold Bills toques and I got it for half the price of this place. FYI directly across the street on Stevenson Rd is another sports store with fantastic customer service.Extremely Rude staff. Go elsewhere. Go Bills!
Worst customer service! The quality of the clothing is so poor. My son bought a jersey set with his birthday money - $70. It did not even last 1 month. The number peeled off the front and ripped. Kept the original bill and they tried to tell me that I put it in the dryer. I never put any of our jerseys in the dryer. All the tag instructions are in Chinese - how could one even read how to wash & care for these products!!! Stand behind your products you sell - # 1 rule!!! Or don’t sell it.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The employees here are rude and disrespectful. I went with my son to look at a jersey and the jersey was too big so I didn't buy it. They tried to put the jersey on my son. Why do they think they can touch my son without my permission. Even if their intentions are good, you never touch a kid that's not yours! Then he became rude all of a sudden because I didn't want the jersey and asked me to leave his store saying I don't have standards. Seriously!! They don't deserve customers if they don't know how to speak to people. That's basic human courtesy!
Great store for all your shopping needs, and for buying the things you need. For sure, it's worth visiting if you are looking for something from this store location. And the staff work hard to make your experience at the store a good and easy time, very happy with the location when I use them for my shopping needs. Thanks for reading this post.
