I just wanted to take the time to emphasize how fantastic the guys at the hock shop are.The last time I was in the store I witnessed an irate customer be escorted out of the store while the emoyees patiently and professionally waited for the police to arrive, all while being verbally assaulted and threatened. Today I watched as a large intimidating man act as a complete sweetheart to a returning customer who had returned with his mother and his savings to purchase a bike.These guys are great and as someone who knows their competition well, I wanted to take the time for anyone looking for fair and honest treatment...This is the place you want to bring your family and friends to.
