Been here a few times and Ive usually been helped by a girl named Emily. Shes always very nice and helps me find what Im looking for. They dont always have whats on their website which is inconvenient, but I was told to buy what I wanted online with free shipping then return what doesnt fit to the store! Works for me.
Absolutely amazed by employee Landon. He was very nice, friendly, and helpful.I was sent by another sport check store for a specific shoe but when we got there, we couldn't find it so he went above and beyond to help us. He went and talked to his Manager Mike and came back with a great solution and made my daughter was so happy. Thank you again Landon and Mike for your great customer service.
Extremely disappointing shopping experience! Went into the store to purchase shoes. With no sales associate in the shoe department I walked around the store looking for someone to assist me with a size. Had to ask the cashier to call someone from the back. He came out of the back room, grabbed the size I requested and went back into the back room. Didnt ask if they fit or if I needed another size. There were about 5 other people also waiting for assistance. Went a second time to the cash to ask them to call him again, waited about 10 minutes and left. Dont waste your time!!
Normally we have a better experience at this Sportchek but this time it was not great, despite the gentlemans best efforts. We went for childrens shoes and they have apparently revamped their shoe inventory system. It was very very slow. To try four pair of shoes took about 35mins, with the majority of that time being the gentleman having to look for shoes. Although we ultimately did buy shoes, the process felt way more cumbersome for both us and the salesman than necessary.
Spent a good hour here trying to get shoes. Planned on spending some good $$. Staff ignored me and ignored me. Finally flagged someone to check stock on a size. Said hed be back....never came back to me. Went about helping people who came after me. I wound up on a bench feeling totally defeated when he once again walks by abs ignores me. Goes and chats with co-workers. Finally returns and calls me sir! Im a obvious female..long blonde hair. I decide to try and at least get him to check sizes on some stuff. Apparantly you guys dont carry any nikes in 9.5. I left with nothing. Wont be returning. Nightmare experience!!
