Love this store. Tons of stuff. Great bargains. All the brand names at good prices. The $200 store---I cannot go in & not spend $200. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking. Easy access to the 401.
Sales staff is very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. All the staff I have encountered have first hand user knowledge about the products they are selling. This helps a lot when you are not familiar with out door products or the companies that produce them. And always excellent service without being pushy.
Called on the off chance they would put something on hold for me for a few days as I couldn't get out there right away. No problem and they were very pleasant about it. I went and picked them up no problem and got great service. Besides that, anything you need camping, hunting or fishing-wise they have it. Decent prices and regular sales too. Wish I lived closer, I'd go more often.
Sail is my favorite place where I do footwear shopping. Customer service good established. Stuff are super welcome and helpful. More important I can find my favorite brand of shoes over there. Great choice highly highly recommended!
not too bad some things can be pricy others not to bad nice to have a store like this on east end and it has great access from the highway. usually not to hard to find staff and they welcome your questions. I wish it had cycling stuff as well. good store for camping gear beats Canadian tire by a long shot. good selection of fiahing gear upstairs.
