Such a great business. They recently repaired my car after a collision where someone hit me. They handled everything with my insurance company, so there was nothing I needed to do on my end, which saved a lot of stress. They were able to get me in right away for the quote. When I brought my car in for the repair after my insurance company approved it, they got everything done quickly and within the time they estimated. The staff were all so kind and friendly. I was tight for time for both the pick up and drop offs due to work and kids, and they made sure to prioritize everything so that it was a quick and seamless process both times. The repairs were so well done that you can’t even tell it was damaged before. They even went above and beyond to clean the interior of my car, which I didn’t even expect. I highly recommend Fix Auto.
Absolute worst body shop and people to work with. My insurance company recommended this place which is shocking given the lack of compassion they have for customers and their vehicles. The tint on my window is ruined, when I spoke to them over the phone I even suggested that it was potentially left in the heat for too long and the guy on the phone told me that heat wouldn’t do that. But when I bring it back in for them to look at, I’m hit with “this is cheap tint and heat damage.” Funny considering you said that wasn’t even an option to begin with. When I walked into the shop, the guy rudely said “let’s look at this thing, we’ve been getting a lot of calls about it recently.” Yeah I wonder why They couldn’t even take the time out of their day to put my licence plate back on straight lol. The gaslighting from these people are insane and offered no help to repair the damage they did to my car. They’re just looking to get paid out by insurance companies, they don’t actually care about the work they are doing.
Just got my car back today..I found my new favorite shop. Not only did he take care of the damage in a timely matter but he went above when he cleaned my car. Definitely recommend this shop
I can’t say enough good things about Peter and his team. I was involved in an accident and Peter took the time to explain the damages on my jeep, the work that’s required and provided top quality work on my jeep. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The team did their due diligence to ensure my vehicle is fixed and like new again.
They told me it would take 2-3 days to fix my vehicle. Took them 5 days and I had to call them to get info. Very ridiculous. You think I don’t have a job where I need my vehicle? Now It’s coming out of my pocket everyday to uber, not theirs. Will avoid this shop in the future
Absolutely fabulous job on the repair on my Sonoma truck! Kept informed on the progress and excellent to deal with right from the estimate to the pick up on my truck. They washed the outside of the truck and did a clean up inside as well. Would recommend them 100%. Fantastic quality job!
More of a question than a review, I’m looking to get my truck scratchs fixed, took it down a trail and it got scratched bad just wondering how to get a quote or estimate on paint repair
