Brought 2 different cars over here to be repaired in 2/3 years. Both were repaired well / correctly. The time it took to do it and when they completed was on time. It was through insurance, so I cannot comment on price.
I brought my Honda Civic coupe to FixAuto to repair the rear bumper cover, and they did an amazing job! The whole experience was smooth and completely stress-free. They even arranged a rental car for me, which made things so much easier. The team was professional, kept everything simple, and went above and beyond by washing my car before returning it. I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service. Highly recommend FixAuto for quality and hassle-free repairs!
I had a terrible experience with this shop and would highly not recommend it. The parking lot is so cramped that people end up slamming their doors, and Fix Auto refuses to take responsibility, instead shifting the blame onto you. We noticed multiple door slams, not just one. If your insurance company suggests this shop, do yourself a favor and go with an authorized service provider instead. These guys are not worth the hassle. I'm extremely frustrated with both my insurance company and Fix Auto for failing to take responsibility for their negligence.
My vehicle was recently side swiped and my insurance referred me to Fix Auto N Oshawa. They were amazing to work with and did a supburb repair. They kept us in the loop and even went above and beyond. When we got the car back it was detailed and had a "new car" smell which was a nice touch.
To Rich, Julie and the team, I wanted to express my thanks for the exceptional service I received recently. My car had been rear ended and the insurance company referred me to Fix Auto Oshawa North. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the work done was perfect (it looks brand new). In addition, my car was cleaned inside and out and saved me from having it detailed! While my car was in the shop the brake lines, which apparently were badly corroded, broke apart releasing the brake fluid and causing the brakes to fail. This came as a shock to Rich and his crew and an incredible shock to me! I told Rich that when the car was finished I would have it towed to my mechanic. He suggested that I should contact the dealership as perhaps there might have been a recall on the car and it could be covered under warranty. I never would have considered this as the car is nine years old. I knew there had been two recalls on the car but I couldn’t remember the first one. As it turned out there was a recall for the brake lines and Hyundai covered the cost. I am so thankful for Rich’s sound advice. He saved me a lot of money and I will be forever grateful!
They had me in and out fast(just my bumper and headlight were damaged). Great service. It's been a week with me driving the 401 and I don't see or hear anything wrong with my car after the fix?. Plus they clean your car spotless?.
Great service. I got my vehicle back in time for the weekend. Also..I mixed up my appointment date and they took me anyway..a week early oops. I recommend them!
